Multinational Issuing Office Coordinator

Role Summary Provides local technical and administrative support to Issuing Office (IO) Multinational Specialist and coordinates service requirements for the local portion of the Controlled Master Program (CMP) while managing communication and relationships with the producing office, client/broker, and Shared Services teams. About the role How you will create an impact + Coordinate service requirements for local portion of CMP – both Risk Transfer and Global Fronting – for New Business and renewals requiring manuscript policies or specific service needs. + Manage communication and relationship with Producing Offices (PO), brokers/clients and Shared Service Processing Teams in conjunction with Producing Office. + Provide technical and administrative support to Multinational Issuing Office Specialist and Producing Offices. + Manage incoming policy portfolios of non-strategic clients with assigned local brokers. + Manage all aspects of local inbound multinational clients’ requests. Meet or exceed client service expectations for assigned inbound requests. + Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Knowledge Champion for one or two products within country. + Be SME on AIG Multinational systems. + Proactively engage with and respond to local client/broker inquiries. + Enhance alignment with Client and Broker engagement, Underwriting, and Account Receivables stakeholders. + Provide up to date knowledge delivery. + Manage internal and external expectations of allocated portfolio. + Oversight – Training & Monitoring of MN IO activities across business externally and internally. + Ensure requested documentation is issued in required time frames. + Report on status of accounts to local manager and Producing Office. + Ensure administration systems are up to date. + Ensure client/broker emails are responded to in timely fashion. + Monitor and ensure resolution for allocated accounts with respect to accounting discrepancies, unpatched credit, and uncollected premiums. + Ensure Production and RISO queries are answered within 48 hours of receipt. + Ensure queries from other AIG departments are dealt with on a timely basis. + Ensure all identified errors made on allocated account are corrected within one month of notification. + To meet as needed with Tier 3 and 4 brokers/clients in conjunction with Producing Office or local distribution team. + Undertake special projects allocated by more senior members of staff, ensuring such projects are completed within the allocated time frame. What you’ll need to succeed + Minimum 3 years insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company) + Experience of handling Multinational corporations + Good understanding of in country Commercial Insurance + Strong administration skills + Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word + Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work on own initiative/organized + Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously + Good time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines + Ability to clearly articulate ideas + Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge/experience to carry out those improvements + Client focused with experience of dealing with board level representatives as well as senior colleagues + Proven record of being a team player Reimagining insurance to make a bigger difference to the world American International Group, Inc.
