Territory Management – Implement the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory, ensuring monthly calls and stewardship meetings with brokers and agents are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to drive new business and retain existing accounts. Responsible for the development of the assigned book of business.
Account Targeting – Utilize in-depth knowledge of the sales territory and agent-controlled business, along with existing and historic Chubb business relationships, to develop and refine a long-term prospecting strategy and short-term target list for new business opportunities.
Quote to Win – Review new business submissions to grasp the nature of the multinational risk and the current offerings from competitors—using this analysis to produce and deliver compelling quotes.
Service Brokers, Agents, and Clients to Grow – Collaborate with brokers and clients to identify and address evolving client needs driven by international market expansion, acquisitions, or changes in geographic footprint and program structure.
Understand and Manage Risk – Embrace the challenge of producing and underwriting profitable new business opportunities.
