Job Summary:  Multiple Site Scheduling/Inventory Manager to develop and oversee daily production schedules and manage current inventory levels to meet customer orders, safety stocks, and forecasts. This role involves coordinating the availability of raw materials to meet production schedules and leading efforts in new project launches with both external and internal customers. The Multiple Site Scheduler will work closely with the Plant and SCM to execute short to medium-term production plans, ensuring schedules are optimized for maximum output and high service levels. Additionally, this position will lead production reviews with plant management and production leads to drive production output improvements and manage the utilization of molds and machines based on current and future demand. This role will also focus on continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Develop and oversee daily production schedules and manage current inventory levels.Coordinate the availability of raw materials to meet production schedules.Lead and coordinate efforts in new project launches with external and internal customers.Execute short to medium-term production plans, ensuring optimization for maximum output and high service levels.Ensure demand and capacity assumptions are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the S&OP forecast.Lead production reviews with plant management and production leads to drive production output improvements.Monitor and manage the utilization of molds and machines based on current and future demand.Support SCM in the monthly demand and capacity review process with Plant leadership and Operations teams.Identify bottlenecks within the production schedule and work with Supply Chain Managers, Plant Schedulers, and Procurement to address them.Create and evaluate reports for internal Operations team.Collaborate with key plant operations team members to ensure the accuracy of the detailed production schedule.Visualize key performance indicators.Ensure schedule is maintained, achievable, and aligned with customer orders, safety stocks, and forecast levels.Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure necessary raw materials are available to meet the production schedule.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in JDE or comparable ERP systems.Proficient in Preactor scheduling softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.Ability to set and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and ability to work with others to promote a strong team culture.
