Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channelsManage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake to offerDevelop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on hiring strategiesEngage candidates with a compelling employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experienceStay informed on industry trends, especially in SaaS, media, interactive, product, and marketingAnalyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvementsConduct initial candidate screenings, manage interviews, and guide hiring decisionsCollaborate with the team to innovate and enhance our recruiting strategies and processes

Qualifications:

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with expertise in SaaS, media, interactive, product, or marketing rolesProficiency with ATS systems (Jobvite experience a plus)Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a proven track record in competitive marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement skillsAbout Internet Brands:
