Travel Pay: $2,371 (for those living outside a 50-mile radius) Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP for the rest of the 2024-2025 school year Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Elementary School Positions: + DLI Teacher (HIGH PRIORITY) - 1 Positions + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for Bicultural Bilingual Middle School Positions: · Science Teacher (HIGH PRIORITY) – 1 position o Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for Science + Spanish Teacher - 1 Position + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for World Language - Spanish. + Math Teacher – 1 Position + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for Math + Science Teacher (Grade 7 & 8) - 1 Position + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for Science (Grade 8) High School Positions: + Chemistry Teacher - 1 Position + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for Chemistry. + Physical Science- 1 Position + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for Physical Science/Biology + Math Teacher - 1 Position + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin teaching license for Mathematics. + Computer Science Teacher – 1 Position + Requirements: Valid Wisconsin Teaching License for Computer Science/IT Responsibilities: + Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the school’s curriculum requirements. + Prepare lessons accommodating diverse student learning styles. + Present subject matter per Wisconsin Department of Education guidelines. + Utilize appropriate instructional strategies, activities, materials, and equipment. + Assess student learning styles and plan instructional activities accordingly. + Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula for special education students. + Work with staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods. + Supervise assignments of teacher aides and volunteers. + Integrate technology to enhance the teaching/learning process. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in education or related field. + Valid Wisconsin teaching license for the respective subject area. + Strong classroom management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
