NovaCare in Baltimore County is seeking a treating physical therapist as a multisite center manager for our outpatient orthopedic teams in Timonium and Pikesville. This position will require in-person patient care in addition to management duties. Previous experience as a treating center manager is required for our multisite opportunity. We can train OP ortho experienced PTs to start single site management.Our leadership development program will ensure your success! Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager.. + Conduct staff orientation and training, and conductannual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans. + Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings, college relations' activities and patient care skills development opportunities).
