The Multispindle Machinist will set up and operate a CNC Index Multispindle for medium-high volume production.

Duties & Responsibilities

Set up and operate a CNC Index Multispindle for medium-high volume production.Notify supervisor of abnormal situations for corrective action.Make recommendations for improvements in methods of performance of work.Maintain good housekeeping conditions and enforce safety practices.Complete and maintain any required documentation.

Education & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience on set up and operation of a CNC lathe with lot quantities that exceed 100+ units.Strong math skills.Understanding of basic tabletop gages – Micrometers, Calipers, Sunnen gages, and bore micrometers.Ability to read machining CNC programs and have a basic understanding of common “G” and “M” codes.Experience with Siemens controls for lathe machine tools.Experience with Index Multispindle machines.Experience with Index Lathes, and “Screw” Machines. /*generated inline style */   All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. /*generated inline style */ For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $23.94 to $38.67 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.  For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter.
