GradyMinor is currently seeking a Civil Engineer (EI) to join our experienced, competitive, and diverse Team of Professionals in our Municipal Engineering Department. As a Municipal Civil Engineer, you will support our team in a variety of professional utility engineering design projects for local governmental and private utilities and gain invaluable work experience on projects that will shape the future Florida.

Responsibilities Support and assist in the preparation of civil construction plans for streets and roadways, drainage, water and wastewater facilities, utility plans, technical memorandums, and permitting documentation.  Support the Design Team and Project Managers from preliminary and conceptual design through final stages of design and through construction.  Conduct permitting research and application submittals, land development codes review, utility standards review, construction administration assistance including review of materials, contractor requests for information, as well as on-site inspections during construction. Work encompasses all aspects of project management and engineering of utility projects. Candidates should be personable and comfortable interacting with clients, regulatory agencies, and other consultants.
