Our client, a leading fortune 500 company, is seeking a Music Content Operations Research Analyst to join their team. As a Music Content Operations Research Analyst, you will be part of the operations function supporting the North American music label partners. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, flexible to frequent changes, think creatively about ambiguous issues, and passionate about problem-solving. They will also be able to work successfully across teams and regions.
**Music Content Operations Research Analyst**

**12 Month Contract**
**$38 per hour +** **_Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K saving options, 15 days of PTO and weekly pay!_**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage day-to-day ongoing operations with Metas North American music label partners
+ Develop and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution
+ Communication with partners with regards to data delivery and data validation, including general documentation
+ Develop an understanding of Facebook's music rights management products and how they are being used across constituent groups
**What's Needed?**
+ Data-driven mindset with experience in research and analysis
+ Ability to think creatively about ambiguous issues and passionate about problem-solving
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work successfully across teams and regions
+ Experience in music industry operations is a plus
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field
