Description
We're looking for talented individuals with minimum 2 years' experience in a music programming role, and the passion and creative flair to continue to engage our target audiences. Under the guidance of the Managing Editors and the Group Head of Music Programming, you will help implement the musical sound of our brands like Heart, Capital and Smooth through scheduling the roll-out and undertaking essential music-related programming tasks.
You'll have a passion for music and a love of radio, working proactively to increase our station's listening reach and hours at all times through its music output.
You'll work closely with the Group Head of Music Programming Music Programming and Managing Editors, alongside the programming teams.
You'll set the standard for great music scheduling, carefully crafting an optimal rollout at all times

These roles will report to a combination of our Managing Editors and Senior Music Team.

You’ll create and craft the musical role out of a variety of stations, with responsibility for ensuring the content is finely tuned to connect with the target audience whilst complying with all relevant regulations and policies.
