JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity to join an established and supportive Child Life and Creative Arts Team at Goryeb Children's Hospital. 

This role will:

Provide Music Therapy services to pediatric patients based on an understanding of child development and the impact that illness, injury, and hospitalization have on this process.  Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to insure the provision of a developmentally appropriate plan of care and interventions for infants, children, and adolescents. Develop and support family centered care programming and services to meet the needs pediatric patients and families. Support initiatives and requirements of the child life program including but not limited to planning of special events, receipt of donations, and supervision of students/volunteers.  Maintain records, statistics, activity calendars, schedules, and other appropriate documentation.
