As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 4-6 restaurants and driving their success. Your key responsibilities include:
Achieving Sales and Profitability Goals: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve guest satisfaction, and boost average ticket size.Ensuring Operational Excellence: Monitor restaurant operations to maintain compliance with company standards in areas such as food quality, safety, sanitation, service, and overall facility appearance.Developing and Coaching Teams: Train, mentor, and empower managers and team members to deliver outstanding guest service while adhering to company policies and procedures.Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.Communication and Planning: Conduct regular manager meetings to communicate important updates, new menu items, promotions, etc. Participate in the development and implementation of annual operating plans and budgets.Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.Cost Control and Inventory Management: Monitor labor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accurate food and beverage costing.Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements:
Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated capability in running successful shifts.Preferably, at least 3+ year(s) of restaurant management experience.ServSafe certification.Must be at least 18 years of age and consent to a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
