As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 4-6 restaurants and driving their success. Your key responsibilities include:

\n\nAchieving Sales and Profitability Goals: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve guest satisfaction, and boost average ticket size.\nEnsuring Operational Excellence: Monitor restaurant operations to maintain compliance with company standards in areas such as food quality, safety, sanitation, service, and overall facility appearance.\nDeveloping and Coaching Teams: Train, mentor, and empower managers and team members to deliver outstanding guest service while adhering to company policies and procedures.\nGuest Satisfaction: Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.\nCommunication and Planning: Conduct regular manager meetings to communicate important updates, new menu items, promotions, etc. Participate in the development and implementation of annual operating plans and budgets.\nVendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.\nCost Control and Inventory Management: Monitor labor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accurate food and beverage costing.\nCompliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.\n\n

Requirements:

\n\nProven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated capability in running successful shifts.\nPreferably, at least 3+ year(s) of restaurant management experience.\nServSafe certification.\nMust be at least 18 years of age and consent to a background check.\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n\nA degree in Hospitality (BS Hospitality) is a plus.\nThree to five years of food service management experience.\nPrevious dining experience is preferred.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nFinancial and business acumen.\nExcellent communication skills.\n\n

Pay rate: up to 85000 per annum
