My HR Advisor with Polish – Junior role (New HR Operations Team)

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our organization in the role of **My HR Advisor.** **What you need to know about this position:** You will serve as the first point of contact for questions relating to your process area of responsibility, providing high-quality and timely customer service, and ensuring that all requests are fully understood. **Key Responsibilities** : + Provide general information to target audience on policies and procedures, and answer questions based on FAQs; ensure all requests are fully understood by answering inbound calls/email/chat. + Work within the SLA and keep the customer informed of expected completion date, including when the item is escalated for action. + Liaise with other support teams to solve more complex queries or work on requests. + Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Payroll and HR processes and regulations. + Record and track cases in the case management system, assign severity and follow through to ensure each case is resolved and SLAs can be measured and improved. + Support continuous improvement activities to optimize how internal customers can experience the smoothest process. **Requirements:** + Fluency in English and Polish **.** + Attention to detail & high level of prioritization skills. + Can Do attitude with focus on solving problems. + Team player that can build long lasting positive relations with direct team, colleagues & stakeholders. + Willingness to learn new things and Ready to Grow.
