GENERAL FUNCTION
This role is responsible for supporting, developing and implementing effective business plans to enhance the Brand(s) and to help drive substantial growth in the local market in close collaboration with key brand and business stakeholders. Acts, in direct alignment with the Brand Team, to maximize & execute the overall Brand Vision and Goals by tailoring communication and commercial plans across all divisions (Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale channels incl. Department Stores, Ecommerce, National & Regional Accounts, and Independent wholesale customers) within the NA Market.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Sales Forecasting & Monitoring Responsible for helping set & monitoring Brand Targets Reviews monthly sales by brand & identify gaps & opportunities Develops & drives 3 year business plan: net units, AUR, distribution channels, distribution size and productivity, marketing investment Teams with local stakeholders during Budget phase and reviews bottom-up and top-down results Aligns and connects all divisions and COTs on priorities to ensure maximum impact Effectively develops plans to ensure that top line sales and bottom line goals are met Business Analysis Support Brand Business Updates to Sr. Management Investigate Brand & Competitive trends/results and responsible to identify opportunities, build sustainable strategies & execute actionable plans to grow sales & Market Share Advocate for needs by analyzing competition and Brand trends to share with Leadership Teams identify growth areas according to the various objectives and criteria defined (optical/sun, newness/carryover, best sellers, special projects, limited editions, average price, etc.) Partner with cross functional teams for effective business delivery Distribution Management Partner with Sales team to develop distribution strategies by Channel of Trade in line with Global Brand Strategies Identify opportunities to grow door productivity & partner with Sales to develop & customize tools to help with Customer sell in BRAND COMMERCIAL PLAN DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT Maximize Brand/Corporate Strategies & Initiatives by customizing strategies for various Channels/COT’s/Accounts to drive brand success: Work with the wider team to develop & execute holistic Sell Out Initiatives to drive visibility, assortment, training & merchandising programs Develop & Lead Training for Sales teams that share Marketing Initiatives & New Product Releases to champion the brand & improve Sales performance ACCOUNT MARKETING Performance Monitoring of activities in coordination with Sales and Account Marketing teams PRODUCT MANAGEMENT Performance Monitoring (new vs bestsellers, AUR, special projects, materials)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree 10 plus years of brand management or similar experience Strong analytical and computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Ability to transfer strategy into action Project management approach Highly motivated and passionatePay Range: 158,632.00 - 234,814.40
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
