Always Best Care Senior Services is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/ NAs to join our team as NA/CNA Lead Caregivers at our Oahu location in Honolulu, Hawaii. Responsibilities:
As an NA/CNA Lead Caregiver, you will have a variety of essential tasks, including:

Providing compassionate assistance to clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders Offering companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a nurturing and comforting environment Monitoring and promptly reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor, ensuring their well-being is safeguarded Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, promoting their safety and comfort Collaborating closely with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to create effective care plans, providing comprehensive and holistic care Providing reliable transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed, ensuring our clients' mobility and independence

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Hold a current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii, demonstrating your commitment to professional caregiving While previous experience working with seniors is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we value compassion and dedication above all Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively connect with and understand our clients' needs Be proficient in both independent work and collaboration, as teamwork is essential in providing tailored and comprehensive care Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, enabling you to fulfill transportation responsibilities for our clients Pass a background check and drug test, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients Demonstrate the physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks, guaranteeing their physical comfort and safety
