Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a reliable and dedicated NA/CNA to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our senior clients. The NA/CNA will work full-time, Monday through Friday, for a total of 40 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, salaried position in the healthcare/medical industry, with compensation ranging from $18 to $25 per hour. The selected candidate will be paid weekly and will have the opportunity for career development and growth within our franchise. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

-Live by our core values of compassion, honesty, and reliability
-Provide daily care and assistance to senior clients in their homes
-Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
-Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate parties
-Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times
-Document and maintain accurate records of services provided
-Communicate regularly with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
-Attend training and educational sessions to improve skills and knowledge
-Work collaboratively with other caregivers and team members to provide the best care possible for clients

Requirements:

-Must have a valid NA/CNA certification
-Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred
-Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting and transferring clients
