NA/CNA NEEDED - 40hrs/wk Mon-Fri

Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate NA/CNA to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality care and assistance to seniors in their homes. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, salary position in the healthcare/medical field within the franchise industry. The compensation for this position is $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, the employee will receive benefits including health insurance, sick leave, and paid time off.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences


Responsibilities:

- Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and assist with medication reminders
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with seniors
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Take seniors on errands or appointments
- Monitor and report any changes in seniors' health or behavior
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided

Requirements:

- Current NA or CNA certification in the state of Hawaii is required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide physical assistance to seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work independently and follow care plans
