**Summary** Provides direct patient care while working under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Facility Services. **Requirements** High School diploma or GED required. Current Nursing Assistant Level II certification **and** Nursing Assistant I listing required. BLS required. Able to work weekends, holiday as needed.
