We are seeking a proactive and diligent Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance the quality of our front-end order processing operations in North America. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Order Engineering and Customer Drawings teams to ensure high-quality outputs from the start. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Support Corrective Action/Preventative Action to drive continuous improvement and right the first time to operations.
• Collaborate with Order Engineering and Customer Drawings Team to deliver fully modeled assembly to aid in order reviews.
• Conduct regular meetings with collaborators to ensure process alignment and address quality issues.
• Ownership of quality dashboards, and leading internal process/quality audits.
• Capture comments and feedback to optimize systems and procedures.
• Maintain internal quality procedures.
You identify and seize new opportunities, providing timely and effective information to all stakeholders. Pushes self and helps others achieve results.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Understanding and background with root-cause analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Legal Authorization to work in the US - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
• Experience within Flow Controls
• Knowledge and understanding of SolidWorks and Oracle
• Experience with PowerBI
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
