**Description**
+ Facilitate collaboration across the Canadian Leadership Team. Coordinate meetings as needed. Communicate/cascade relevant information to leaders.
+ Support, development and direction to Market Leaders for 3 Canadian Markets.
+ Identify opportunities for smart connections in the Region, and involve/empower the appropriate parties to accelerate growth across businesses
+ Member of the North American Leadership team; Identify areas where Canada can leverage NA resources/initiatives vs. those where differences are required
+ Coordinate, support and provide direction to the LRMs in the Region. Leverage NA initiatives and content where possible and identify/communicate topics most relevant to Canada. Individual coaching where required.
+ Partner with all businesses on client acquisition, clients at risk, client feedback, recruiting and retaining key talent
+ Communicate to colleagues’ information that is relevant to the Region to build a sense of community and enhance engagement
+ Work with corporate functions as needed, e.g.: Quarterly and ad hoc financial management, Member of the Canadian Pension Committee, Member of the Canadian Board, coordinate with HR for regulatory requirements, etc.
+ Provide support for I&D leaders and initiatives in Canada
+ Provide input into Marketing efforts, IP and product development that is most impactful in Canada
+ Role may also include being a Lead Relationship Manager (LRM) for key clients
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications:**
At least 15 years of experience in professional services or equivalent industry
**Skills:**
+ Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
+ Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing people
+ Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
+ High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
+ Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
+ Strong facilitation skills – able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
+ Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
+ Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company
