Facilitate collaboration across the Canadian Leadership Team. Coordinate meetings as needed. Communicate/cascade relevant information to leaders.  Support, development and direction to Market Leaders for 3 Canadian Markets. Identify opportunities for smart connections in the Region, and involve/empower the appropriate parties to accelerate growth across businesses Member of the North American Leadership team; Identify areas where Canada can leverage NA resources/initiatives vs. those where differences are required Coordinate, support and provide direction to the LRMs in the Region.  Leverage NA initiatives and content where possible and identify/communicate topics most relevant to Canada. Individual coaching where required. Partner with all businesses on client acquisition, clients at risk, client feedback, recruiting and retaining key talent Communicate to colleagues’ information that is relevant to the Region to build a sense of community and enhance engagement Work with corporate functions as needed, e.g.: Quarterly and ad hoc financial management, Member of the Canadian Pension Committee, Member of the Canadian Board, coordinate with HR for regulatory requirements, etc. Provide support for I&D leaders and initiatives in Canada Provide input into Marketing efforts, IP and product development that is most impactful in Canada  Role may also include being a Lead Relationship Manager (LRM) for key clients 

Qualifications:

At least 15 years of experience in professional services or equivalent industry
