NAL Technical Response Team – Permian – Upstream Chemicals
As a Technical Response Team member, you will be working with production chemicals in both, laboratory and oilfield settings. You will be engaging with our internal and external customers and helping define and execute our strategic vision for across North America. You will be part of a highly trained team focused on meeting customer needs through the right chemical solutions.
As a TRT member, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that your teams operate at the highest technical level
Collaborating with the internal and external customers to establish the best chemical solutions to meet their requirements
Providing technical product support, tender support, and service to our customers for NAL
Working with Product Line Technology to design and introduce new products and support field trials
Analyzing data and communicate results through presentation and documentation to various groups and customers
Traveling to the field to implement solutions and recommendations
80+% of your time will be focused on the Permian Area with the ability to travel to support the greater North America Land business unit as needed the rest of the time
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong chemical knowledge
Have a minimum of 7 years of oilfield chemical or production experience
Be willing to travel into the oilfield for customer engagement
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English
