We are seeking a Partnerships Director to help drive initiatives that support Monetate Partnerships within our North America territory. The key goals are to drive partner-originated opportunities and ensure client success and growth. What You’ll Do
+ Help build an ecosystem of Partners by promoting Monetate’s technology and vision.
+ Drive recruiting, onboarding, and pipeline generation with our partners.
+ Work closely with the Partnerships Team to maintain tools, systems, and policies (internal and external).
+ Work closely on sales enablement programs, including program management.
+ Work closely on professional services enablement programs.
+ Schedule partner training cadence, content and meetings with key partners.
+ Refine content, developing and designing Partner training materials.
+ Drive the success of partner lead gen program for both new and existing Partners.
+ Collaborate with marketing team on outbound campaigns and communications.
+ Qualify inbound Partnership requests.
+ Review, create, and update internal and Partner-facing collateral.
+ Partner Event/Tradeshow planning and attendance support.
What You’ll Need
+ 7+ years of successful partnership management with integration and solution partners in a Martech SaaS environment required.
+ Experience in the UX/CX technology space and closely related technologies preferred.
+ Sales DNA with experience of working to quota.
+ Strong time and project management skills.
+ Excited to join a driven team to build a solid, performant and scalable partner program across NAM.
+ Comfortable working in a rapidly changing fast-paced environment.
+ Excited to see the world, and work in diverse cultures as travel may be required.
Bonus
+ Marketing experience is a plus.
