What You'll Do
BCG is seeking a talented and motivated Executive Communications Manager to support the North American Regional Chair's Office. Reporting to the North America Chief of Staff and working directly with the Regional Chair, this role is a unique opportunity to craft impactful communications, drive high-profile BCG topics and projects, manage senior engagements, and contribute to special projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer, skilled at creating a wide range of materials, including executive speeches, talking points, communications, and more, while thriving as a proactive problem solver in a fast-paced environment
You’re good at
Create compelling materials for senior-level engagements—including internal meetings, client events, and leadership forums—that authentically reflect the voice, tone, and priorities of the Regional Chair, effectively bringing their perspective to life across diverse platforms
Monitoring industry trends and organizational priorities to identify strategic communication opportunities for North America leadership
Writing and editing speeches, articles, and other communications that reflect leadership tone and expertise on key topic
Contribute to special projects, including research, leadership planning, content development, and stakeholder engagement
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience preferred, flexible depending on skills and experience
Experience in speechwriting, journalism, policy, or a related field, with an ability to write persuasively and adapt tone
Strong intellectual curiosity, with the ability to grasp and communicate complex topics effectively
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset and comfort working with senior stakeholders
