As a NAND ATE Test Engineer you will lead and support the testing, failure analysis and qualification of various programs using SSD (solid-state drive). A strong candidate will have experience with NAND validation, and reliability testing. You will be part of a world class team of HW Engineers who identify and resolve potential risks for all aspects of NAND qualification and testing, including generating test programs and scripts. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
