NAND Process Integration Engineer, Sr./Principal

As a NAND Technology Integration (NTI) engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of a worldwide team responsible for driving key technology advancements in R&D for next-generation NAND and transfer to high volume manufacturing. You will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to deliver industry leadership for performance and cost with aggressive timelines. This role is for an experience semiconductor Process Integration Engineer.

Expectations:

•        Derive construction specifications based on correlating electrical and inline metrics based on unit processes and design rules

•        Design, execute and analyze experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications based on the structure to electrical correlations

•        Solve problems with a model-based approach and drive technical innovation through process improvements, patents, or technical papers

•        In depth of knowledge in semiconductor device physics and electrical characterization methods including probe, ESDA, param, and reliability

•        Proficient in data analysis through JMP, Python, or other data engineering software

Qualifications:

4 - 8 years of prior experience as a semiconductor Process Integration or Process Engineer with memory (NAND or DRAM) or logic technologies

Strong interpersonal, oral and written English communications-skills.

Education:

•        PhD (preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or Material Science Engineering, or MS degree + related experience, or equivalent work experience.
