Our healthcare/medical franchise organization is based in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. As a member of our team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide essential care and support to our elderly clients, enhancing their daily living activities and overall well-being. We offer competitive compensation with an hourly rate ranging from $18 to $25, paid on a weekly basis. Your schedule will be flexible, accommodating your availability. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. * Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor. * Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. * Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans. * Provide transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed. Requirements: * Hold a current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii. * Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required. * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Must pass a background check and drug test. * Possess the physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
