Responsibilities Assist clients in fulfilling their personal care needs with utmost comfort and dignity. Provide comprehensive support and management of clients' medication requirements. Conduct regular health monitoring of clients and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor. Maintain accurate records of all care provided and diligently document any observations or concerns. Offer meaningful companionship, emotional support, and attentive listening to promote the overall well-being of our clients. Assist with light housekeeping, proficiently handle meal preparation, and expertly run errands as needed. Create and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients. Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, their families, and the healthcare team. Flexibility and availability to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel to various locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities. Perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. Adapt effectively to changing schedules and responsibilities to deliver the best possible care and support. Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii. Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule. Demonstrate exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and possess excellent communication skills. Efficient multitasking and prioritization abilities. Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening. Strong work ethic and unwavering dependability. Capability to seamlessly adapt to various tasks and environments. Benefits Guaranteed payment of $42,000 per year plus bonuses for a full 40 hours per week, regardless of the actual number of hours worked.
