Hand On experience of requirement gathering and specification design process. Domain Expertise: Deep HCM (Human Capital Management) experience is necessary, also demonstrating the ability to apply knowledge from integrations in other domains and quickly pick up HCM data is a must Be An Owner: highly passionate team leader with an entrepreneurial approach who takes ownership for creating a high performing team that consistently executes quality on-time delivery Responsible for executing and supporting various short-medium term projects at the same time Responsible for driving associate engagement Strong PL SQL / RDBMS knowledge is highly desirable Ability to advise on project planning and governance best practices. Good understanding of Agile methodologies Monitor adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreement), highlight issues to the leadership Developing project plans, goals; identifying resources needed Developing schedules and methods for measuring results in a projects-based environment Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-or-before-time completion Coordinate with various stakeholders such as IT & Infrastructure, onshore business partners, change management and business operations to enable successful delivery of the project Escalate risks and scope of projects when needed Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all project management processes and tools used within the Services team Manage/escalate risks and issues through resolution. Implement solutions to prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned Be innovative, drive process improvements and take them for closure ##LI-DNI
