In this role, you will lead a project team to implement client Lyric HCM projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to lead the project team to successfully implement clients on Lyric HCM products and services. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
You have at least 5 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience. You have prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery. You possess broad knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies. You have outstanding written & verbal communication skills with exceptional stakeholder relationship management. You manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability). You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations. You work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; you partner, collaborate and work in a team (and matrixed) environment. You demonstrate critical thinking skills.A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

PMP Certification desirable. Experience developing processes or documentation a plus. You take initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes. You're process-oriented with a high attention to detail. Seeking technology solutions and automation. You're proficient using Smartsheet, Microsoft Office suite and have experience with Certinia (Financial Force), Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools. You have experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and/or knowledge and understanding of payroll. You have PMP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions.
