The National Account Executive is a key member of the Digital Advertising & Recruiting team, responsible for selling our Nurse.com and Relias Recruitment Advertising solutions to enterprise-level clients, including large staffing agencies, universities, and organizations focused on employer branding to engage the nurse audience. This role is dedicated to engaging with larger buyer groups across a diverse client base and managing a longer, more complex sales process to establish impactful, long-term partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Identify and develop new clients from assigned prospects
Grow and nurture the new and existing client base
Effectively develop and present tailored, comprehensive multi-media solutions that address clients' immediate needs and build toward long-term strategic goals
Manage client communication throughout the sales process to ensure successful fulfillment of solutions sold
Address challenges and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders during solution delivery
Collaborate across departments to create, implement, deliver, and fulfill sales solutions
Maintain detailed tracking in Relias CRM of all sales activities and pipeline opportunities
Meet minimum activity KPI targets in Salesforce to foster strong opportunity and pipeline growth

YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
8 years industry specific sales experience
A proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period
Education Required (Minimum required)
Bachelor’s degree
Experience/Education Preferred
4+ years of sales experience with multi-solutions selling, employer branding, and digital advertising
3+ years of SMB sales experience
Salary Information:
We are targeting an On-Target-Earnings of $150,000- $200,000 annually. Relias considers many factors when making an offer including; established salary range, internal budgets, business need, education and years of applicable work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is only one element of our total compensation and benefits package.
