As a National Account Executive (NAE) at The Binding Site, you will have a crucial role in achieving revenue objectives in our top customers in North America, also representing our most prominent customers globally. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate impactful customer relationships to protect and grow our outstanding immunoassay and protein diagnostic products in top national laboratory accounts. Working closely with leadership, you will drive and implement growth strategies and associated action plans. Critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork are vital as you lead commercial activities within these partnerships.

A Day in the Life:
Actively develop and drive multifaceted sales strategies and tactics in alignment with corporate commercial growth strategies for achieving revenue targets within assigned accounts. Protect our current business and identify new sales opportunities that will grow revenue, profitability, and market share.
Develop and further matrixed business relationships with key decision makers to improve The Binding Site's reputation as a trusted and preferred partner, while strengthening partnerships across both organizations.
Collaborate with legal and sales management on contract launches and contract compliance. Responsible for maintaining contracted agreements with assigned national accounts to grow our business.
Lead and conduct regular meetings and business reviews with customers to ensure contentment, address issues, and identify additional partnership opportunities.
Understand your customers’ challenges, needs, and business processes. Reliably communicate these insights and gathered market intelligence across key internal and external partners.
Collaborate with internal departments to align and appropriately apply resources to drive sustained clinical adoption in assigned accounts.
Education and Qualifications:
To perform this job efficiently, an individual must be able to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree required (business or scientific field preferred).
5+ years of relevant commercial diagnostic sales experience with shown success required. 2+ years successful experience in capital diagnostic or medical device sales, and a 1 – 3 year track record of success as a Regional Account Manager (or equivalent) is preferred.
Experienced in sophisticated selling situations, large account management, and/or C-suite sales history preferred.
Critical thinking and planning skills. Excellent business & financial competence. Results Driven focus. Phenomenal teammate that collaborates & drives internal customer engagement.
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate and persuade optimally at all levels of the organization.
Excellent project management and communication skills. Keen problem-solving ability.
Strong Microsoft application, Salesforce.com experience, and digital literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $115,000.00–$172,450.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
