National Account Manager, West

If so, we invite you to join our team as a National Account Manager (NAM) supporting the Versico brand. In this role, you will be responsible for leading national account growth efforts within the Western markets of our territory. Your focus will be on building relationships with key decision-makers—building owners who oversee the purchasing of roofing systems for their asset portfolios. Partnering closely with the Manager of National Strategic Accounts, you will develop and execute strategies to identify, acquire, and expand national accounts, positioning Versico as a trusted partner. As part of a highly engaged team of National Account Managers, you will take ownership of your territory, proactively seeking new opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships, and navigating challenges with creativity and resilience.

This position can be remote in Dallas, Denver, Pheonix, or Seattle areas. This role requires approximately 60% of travel to meet with clients, foster relationships, and drive business growth. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Design and execute a strategy within budget for the new development, new growth, and tracking of new National Account leads to meet revenue and new product goals Design and execute a strategy within budget for existing National Account growth, and tracking of account leads to meet revenue and new product annual goals Deliver group presentations on products, services, and technical knowledge the company provides in a confident and engaging manner Manage, develop, and deliver forecasted monthly leads and revenue for all National Accounts Report regularly on all activities surrounding building pipeline, new account development, and existing account growth in departmental sales meetings Report regularly on pertinent activities surrounding building of sales pipeline, new account development, and existing account growth in monthly sales meeting Execute travel and remote communication strategies to continue the development of the National Strategic Accounts team members professionally Actively utilize CRM and Dashboard tools to document sales activity and next steps with each national account Work and Travel safely, reporting all expenses in designated expense program to budget

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of roofing, roofing practices, roofing products and roofing contractor organizations. Working knowledge of the construction industry and the process of competitive bidding. Ability to work independently, effectively time-managing and prioritizing one’s own workload.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, Business or Marketing focus preferred. 5+ years relevant business development and sales management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years relevant experience in group presentation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience with single-ply roofing products.

 

Working Conditions:

Office Environment Home Office/Remote Some job site visits and roof evaluations that may require the use of ladder or roof hatch
