National Account Manager
Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with C-Suite, Corporate Processes & Field VP level leadership.Using data, develops and directs the implementation of comprehensive sales plans for new and existing MRO or OEM “Referred” and National End User accounts that are strategic to the distributor (MCS + Motors).Drive Policy Deployment (Strategy Deployment) Initiatives with assigned Distributor.Develop Management Operating system to improve share and revenue growth with the Distributor through establishing strong collaborative relationships among Distribution and Business Unit groups including Sales, Customer Care, Marketing and Product Groups.Utilize data to develop and implement an annual sales and marketing plan (AOP) .  Manage and measure through analytics, insights and reporting through CRM tools.Accountable for promotional and creative programs between Sales, Business Units, Marketing, Training and the Distributor. Ability to “pull through” programs into share growth for RRX and DistributorTravel 50%+Develop and implement standard weekly & monthly communication plan that ensures alignment at the field sales level with business objectives for share and revenue growth at the Distributor.Drive continuous improvement opportunities that result in increased ease of doing business, improved Customer Satisfaction and reduced internal operation costsIncrease Distributor data visibility to create annual/quarterly/monthly forecasting for Orders, COGS & Share positionsEstablish quarterly QBR cadence with Field and Corporate LeadershipCoordinates resolution of any account ownership issues as it pertains to National End Users and other field conflict. Utilizes data and internal cross collaboration to develop best case solutionProvide data & insights to the business related to pricing activity, competition, M&A, Other Industry happenings.Promotes realizing Documented Cost Savings and develops/coordinates communication of Regal value propositions to Distributor End User National Accounts.With the support of Distribution, Drives National Account Penetration via National Account Corporate Reliability Eng., Asset Mgmt, Ind’l Eng. Director level & up persona engagement.  Communicates National Account Corporate successes with Distribution and MCS AAM’s & VAM’s for plant level execution.  This entire process is a campaign managed within CRM.Accountable to Correctly Position Regal / Rexnord Product, Services and Technology stack onto Distributor Transactional System.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technical, Business or Marketing preferred5+ years experience preferred; sales experience in Power Transmission & Bearings IndustryMechanical aptitudeCompetent in MS Office applications / CRM Management / Business application software
