Compensation: $90,000 - $109,000 ( based on experience)

Basic Job Functions: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key national accounts. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions. Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and pursue new account acquisitions. Develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Work closely with sales, design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Serve as the voice of the customer within NWS to align internal priorities with customer needs. Monitor and analyze account performance against established KPIs. Provide regular updates to leadership on account activity, sales pipelines, and market trends. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Represent NWS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required. Keep abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs. Provide input into product development and sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback. Be a subject matter expert with D365 Create, review, and modify quotes; BOM, pricing and lead times. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 10 – 12 years experience as Sales Representative, or business development experience within the material handling sector. 10 – 12years of experience in sales and/ or customer service experience. A solid understanding of the Material Handling Industry. Proven commitment to safety, and the ability to create a culture of safety in their team. Exhibits characteristics consistent with Nucor culture. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Dynamics 365 proficiency, preferred. Minimum education: AA degree in business, preferred. Basic understanding of racking engineering requirements preferred.
