Job Details Division: Nucor Warehouse Systems Location: Vernon, CA, United States Other Available Locations: N/A Compensation: $90,000 - $109,000 ( based on experience) Basic Job Functions: + Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key national accounts. + Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions. + Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and pursue new account acquisitions. + Develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. + Work closely with sales, design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. + Serve as the voice of the customer within NWS to align internal priorities with customer needs. + Monitor and analyze account performance against established KPIs. + Provide regular updates to leadership on account activity, sales pipelines, and market trends. + Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. + Represent NWS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required. + Keep abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs. + Provide input into product development and sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback. + Be a subject matter expert with D365 + Create, review, and modify quotes; BOM, pricing and lead times. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: + 10 12 years experience as Sales Representative, or business development experience within the material handling sector. + 10 12years of experience in sales and/ or customer service experience. + A solid understanding of the Material Handling Industry. Proven commitment to safety, and the ability to create a culture of safety in their team. + Exhibits characteristics consistent with Nucor culture. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Microsoft Dynamics 365 proficiency, preferred. + Minimum education: AA degree in business, preferred. + Basic understanding of racking engineering requirements preferred.
