Provides support and direction for Vestis’s largest nationally based accounts, including formulation of strategic plans and outgoing program formation. Develop value-based relationships and leverage past experiences and best practices to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Initiate early renewal or contract extension strategies as products or services are introduced. Attain annual business growth quota on direct sale and rental programs. Monitor current programs for margin performance and margin growth opportunities. Introduce new products and/or services to continuously meet and exceed our customer expectations. Coordinate the activities of our National Account Customer Sales/Service teams and monitor account satisfaction for potential service issues. Direct the Vestis response to resolve issues and prevent their recurrence. Generate informational reports for all new sales, renewals, accounts at risk or sites losses as requested. Communicate nationally based campaigns and initiatives developed jointly with Vestis Marketing and take appropriate steps to implement the right treatment plans throughout the chain. Ensure timely / thorough communication of critical customer information (pending contract status, service issues, customer needs) to the appropriate parties. Build strong working relationships with the Vestis people that support our National Accounts.Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of general management (P&L) experience. Demonstrated performance achievement in past and current position. Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues. Executive presence – ability to professionally meet and communicate with internal & external top management. Excellent written & verbal skills. Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus based on incentive plan.
