About This Opportunity The National Account Manager I (Business Operations) role will be dedicated to supporting the CVS business account. This position involves developing and proactively supporting existing client business to ensure that both existing and new programs operate with maximum efficiency and profitability. Additionally, the role requires developing and implementing strategies for building and growing client relationships through various disciplines and opportunities. Responsibilities Fosters strong, productive interpersonal relationships with all levels of key client personnel. Ensures the business overall objectives and requirements are being met. Documents and communicates successes and demonstrates our unique value added service. Establishes relevant performance metrics and tracks clients financial and other performance vs. plan figures, actively collaborates with personnel to identify key issues (product/platform, financial, regulatory, or other) affecting performance and actively manages outcomes. Develops subject matter expertise on different association and different region rules, regulations, processes and tools. Supports Business Management fosters an innovative relationship while enhancing or creating new initiatives.. Develops successful relationships by regularly working with all project stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service. Schedules, manages and participates in regular meetings. Supports Business Management on client calls. Provides assistance to business development or field staff in the form of subject matter expertise on products, best practices for related products or programs. Manages company and client documentation as appropriate. Manages the implementation of our products or programs and customer support for executed initiatives. Makes program recommendations and contributes to the evolution of business management prectices and assists with the implementation of such recommendations.
