We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to drive sales and growth within our company's partnership with Sam's Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability within the Sam's Club channel. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders both internally and at Sam's Club.
What Will I Be Doing
Build working relationships with key decision-makers at Sam’s Club to drive business growth and expansion opportunities Grow Barcel’s in-club presence, including new & existing products Meet & exceed aggressive sales targets Leverage data analysis to identify trends, interpret key metrics, and make informed data-drive decisions to support business growth Lead Barcel USA’s strategy, long and short term P&L responsibility for customer Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute initiatives Foster relationships with key customer contacts across multiple departments as needed Work in partnership with shared resources assigned to this position Maximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA’s trade budget & promotional guardrail requirements Compliance with all Barcel USA policies and procedures
