Job Summary
The National Account Manager will manage all activities related to sales and relationships with National Strategic Accounts. This responsibility entails both managing and growing a portfolio of underleveraged accounts (25%), and a strong emphasis on new business development, winning and onboarding target accounts (75%).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
FMC NAM Primary Responsibilities:
Deeply understand FMCs, including their market position, customer base, and growth goals. Identify and qualify key customers (targeted fleets) by FMC. Develop tailored programs to drive activation and growth of qualified FMC accounts, collaborating with SMA NAM as needed. Drive collaborative end-user and FMC joint meetings to explore growth opportunities.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven track record in fleet management, account management, or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting market trends. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development within the fleet management industry. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and attend industry events.

This position can be based anywhere within the US but will require travel to our corporate office quarterly for team meetings, etc.
