Overview The Bound Tree Medical National Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives by expanding Bound Tree Medical’s presence within large national accounts. Bound Tree Medical, a Sarnova company, is the the largest supplier of EMS products nationwide. Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The company operates through several market-leading companies including Tri-anim Health Services, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products, Bound Tree Medical, the largest supplier of EMS products, and Cardio Partners, a full Sudden Cardiac Arrest Solution provider, and Digitech, the leader in EMS revenue cycle management. Responsibilities Summary: The National Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives by expanding Bound Tree Medical’s presence within large national accounts. This role will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, deliver impactful business presentations, and drive growth by introducing new products and services to existing national accounts. Working cross-functionally, the Director will ensure alignment with internal teams to provide exceptional customer support and maximize value within each account. Organizational Impact: The National Accounts Manager will drive Bound Tree Medical’s growth by developing strategic, tailored business plans for expanding our market presence in large national accounts. By collaborating cross-functionally and building influential relationships with key decision-makers, this role will strengthen customer engagement and deliver targeted value to each account. Through effective communication of Bound Tree’s advantages, market insights, and innovative account strategies, the Director will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue goals and enhancing customer satisfaction across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement tailored strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence nationwide Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Region Sales Directors and Territory Account Managers to achieve sales objectives Lead without Authority; influence and guide others without direct management responsibility Expand business with existing customers by introducing new products and services Deliver strategic business presentations and quarterly business reviews Articulate the Bound Tree Medical Advantage in a compelling manner to drive customer engagement and sales growth Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key cross functional decision-makers in each account Develop and maintain strong relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders, including healthcare providers and decision-makers Serve as the primary point of contact for negotiations, sales calls, and the presentation of pricing and clinical strategies Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Product Marketing, New Product Development, Clinical Specialists, Contract Administration, and Legal) to develop and execute account strategies Understand and effectively communicate the value of Bound Tree Medical’s products and services Present pricing and clinical strategies to the pricing committee for approval Build and develop strategic programs to drive value within accounts Conduct quarterly business reviews for each account, identifying and resolving any customer issues Maintain comprehensive customer records and track account performance. Manage CRM system records, prepare sales reports, complete necessary paperwork, and contribute to special projects as needed Skills/Experience Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience Advanced degree a plus but not required 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the medical industry Network of established contacts within the healthcare industry desired People leadership experience desired but not required Proven experience in selling to executive-level stakeholders with strong communication and negotiation skills Executive-Level Selling: Expertise in engaging and selling to executive-level stakeholders Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for large accounts Collaboration: Effective team player who can work across various departments to achieve common goals Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs Positive attitude, drive, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment Sarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
