As a **National Sales Manager** for Apartments.com National Accounts, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our largest and most important customers in the property management space. You will achieve revenue growth, maintain renewal targets and expand revenue opportunities. To be successful, you will inspire and create excitement with the customer base and sales prospects, as well as across the entire organization and in the marketplace. You will be a high-energy professional with an entrepreneurial, risk-taking flair and will possess a brand of confidence. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, the highest level of integrity and be able to inspire trust and confidence in your clients and colleagues. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Drive sales goals for large national accounts + Perform at or above Apartments.com stated goals, aggressively growing active users, achieving net new revenue goals and succeeding in cross-sales opportunities + Achieve sales plans to reach corporate goals + Create and develop relationships with key customers to enhance retention and increase additional sales to those accounts. Constantly seek, share and implement best practices in the sales function. + Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business and functional partners and the senior management team + Travel up to 50% **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** + Seven or more years of experience in a sales role preferably in multifamily, commercial real estate, digital advertising or B2B media sales or equivalent experience in sales support in the multifamily industry + Seven or more years in sales efforts in a highly transactional, fast-paced organization with a short cycle-time sales model + Seven or more years of a demonstrated track record of rapidly growing and achieving revenue growth targets + Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS** + Possess a thorough understanding of commercial real estate (multi-family), including the marketing objectives of property owners with vacant space (apartments) + Must have strong analytical and strategic planning abilities + Must be a confident negotiator + Must possess superior customer service and account management skills + Proven presentation and demonstration skills using web-based meeting applications like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. + Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas in a high transaction environment + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of audiences + Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company **What’s in it for you?** When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
