National Accounts Vice President

Position Summary: The National Accounts Vice President will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in sales success within the trucking or logistics industry. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets + Identify and pursue new business opportunities expanding the company’s national accounts portfolio. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to form sales strategies. + Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. + Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. + Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred. + Minimum of 10 years of industry sales experience. + Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
