As a **General Manager/Chef Manager with Sodexo,** you will: + Have **at least 2 years of culinary management experience;** + Be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the menus; + Execute culinary functions; + Provides team leadership & training; + Controls unit financials; + Directs daily food operations for quality & safety standards; + Supervises day-to-day activities; + Ensure food preparation & production meets operational standards; + Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations; + Ensure customer & client satisfaction; + Establish a safe work environment; + Handle administrative functions. **Sound like the role you have been looking for? Upon completion of nine (9) months in your role, you will be allowed to post for other internal opportunities.
