National Business Development Manager - Local Government & Utilities

As a key member of our team, you will identify and secure high-value opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions for enterprise-level clients across local government and utilities **In this role, you will:** **Build and manage a robust sales pipeline** : Identify and secure high-value opportunities worth $5M+ in Annual Contract Value (ACV). **Drive revenue growth** : Close enterprise-level deals, contributing $1M+ ACV annually **Deliver impactful solutions** : Close high-value enterprise deals by addressing the unique needs of public services and utility providers. **Collaborate across teams** : Work with internal stakeholders to develop customized telematics solutions that exceed client expectations. **Utilise Salesforce (SFDC)** : Track sales opportunities, report on progress, and manage your pipeline with precision. **Lead with strategy and innovation** : Position Teletrac Navman as a trusted partner and leader in the local government and utilities sectors. You are a strategic, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in building relationships and delivering innovative solutions. To excel in this role, you’ll bring: Proven sales expertise: 10+ years of success in enterprise sales, ideally within telematics, SaaS, or related industries. Sector knowledge: Experience working with or selling to local governments and utilities, with a deep understanding of their challenges and needs. Pipeline management skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain a sales funnel, navigate complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals. Strong communication skills: Outstanding ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers in the public and utilities sectors. Proactive mindset: A self-motivated, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on accountability and results.
