Dare to make an impact? **What you´ll do** + Drive Henkel laundry business strategy to deliver long-term sustainable growth, achieve core KPIs, and continue to strengthen Henkel’s customer relationship. + Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset by creating new business opportunities and successfully influencing both internally and externally to maximize sales potential. + Manage Joint Business Plan to ensure year over year success in key areas of responsibility such as assortment, pricing, promotion, merchandising. + Deliver omnichannel sales growth with demonstrated expertise in digital shelf management to drive increased digital penetration while executing fundamentals to deliver in-store success. + Collaborate with key stakeholders such as supply chain, sales strategy, brand marketing, shopper marketing, and Net Revenue Management to ensure optimization of sales strategies and excellence in execution. + Own all elements of forecasting, promotional planning, and trade management for the respective business and deliver monthly performance updates. + Full P&L responsibility to deliver all financial KPI targets **What makes you a good fit** + Bachelors degree or equivalent along with 5+ years of prior experience in consumer package goods. + Direct customer sales experience with a preference for experience with Target. + Category management, Business Analytics, Trade Marketing experience a plus but not required. + Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives. + Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex, matrix and fluid environment. + Strong analytical & financial acumen. + Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands. + Positive can-do attitude, collaborative, team-oriented approach, diligent work ethic **Some perks of joining Henkel** + Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid and work from anywhere policies + Diverse national and international growth opportunities + Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs + Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks + Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares + Annual performance bonus + Comprehensive healthcare including mental health support and 401(k) plan matched by employer + Family benefits including fertility support, fully paid parental leave, caregiver services + Vacation days off, sickness leave, holidays, volunteer time off, & more The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
