**Position Overview:**
The National Corporate Account Manager (NCAM) is responsible for driving the sales of Solta Medical’s capital equipment and consumables within the aesthetic industry across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This role will focus on building and maintaining profitable relationships with key Aesthetic Groups, Aesthetic retail chains, managing contracts, and ensuring consistent sales growth. The NCAM will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to achieve both immediate and long-term business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Strategy Development and Execution**
+ Develop and manage business strategies to build profitable relationships with key corporate group and retail chains
+ Lead negotiations for renewals, new business agreements, working closely with the Business Unit Directors and National Sales Manager.
+ Collaborate with all Solta divisions to create pricing models and programs for key buying groups.
+ Identify customer trends and partner with business unit to implement strategies for growth.
+ Participate in customer visits as the corporate and market expert, coordinating communication plans with KAMs and the National Sales Manager
+ Work across the ANZ business with Key Account Managers, National Sales Manager, Marketing, and other stakeholders to leverage organisational strength.
+ Provide visibility into pricing, contract terms, and opportunities, aiding in strategic decision-making.
**Contracts & Account Management**
+ Establish and manage agreements with corporate groups and retail chains, adhering to contract management processes.
+ Facilitate and manage the execution of contracts, ensuring the correct authorisation levels are met.
+ Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly performance reviews, communicating results both internally and externally.
+ Work cross functionally to track performance and communicate progress on an ongoing basis.
+ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leaders to report on the progress of initiatives within the relevant franchise segments.
**Sales Force Analytics**
+ Support franchise-level/ National group sales strategy development through detailed reporting and analysis to enhance the execution of the sales strategy.
+ Perform regular sales performance analysis, ensuring full internal visibility and utilisation of tools like Salesforce and Power BI.
+ Optimise CRM input and analytics to ensure data driven decision making.
**Leadership and Commercial Excellence**
+ Contribute to the development and the execution of the National Corporate Sales
+ Manage budgets, KPIs, and reports to demonstrate success in this role
+ Liaise with key stakeholders within the business to ensure sales growth and peon commercial excellence initiatives to drive organisational success.
**Customer Engagement and Relationship Management**
+ Engage with customers to negotiate product integration and rollout strategies
+ Identify and capitalise on opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Solta technologies in corporate accounts.
+ Build relationships with key groups and clinics to increase market share.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for National Corporate key accounts, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.
+ Collaborate with Business Unit Head, National Sales Managers & cross functionally to develop value-added programs for corporate accounts and buying groups.
**Experience & Skills:**
+ **Commercial Background** : At least 5-8 years of experience in corporate account management, preferably in the aesthetic or med-tech industries.
+ **Healthcare System Knowledge** : In-depth understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare systems, including key stakeholders across ANZ. (this is a key transferable skill)
+ **Sales Expertise** : Proven experience in managing complex corporate sales opportunities, including quotes, proposals, and agreements.
+ **Negotiation Skills** : Strong experience in negotiating from challenging positions to secure win-win outcomes.
+ **Presentation and Communication** : Significant experience presenting to senior management and strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ **Financial Analysis** : Proficiency in financial data analysis, and budget management.
+ **CRM & Salesforce Expertise** : Strong ability to manage CRM systems and optimise salesforce analytics for enhanced business performance.
