This role will lead the Johnson Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJ IM) Precision Medicine Account Managers (PMAM, Commercial) in the United States. The PMAM team is responsible for serving as the precision medicine expert and resource within their region; primary responsibilities will be providing educational support to US providers as they navigate the complex landscape of guidelines-based recommendations in precision medicine. The National Director is accountable for executing and helping to shape the US Commercial Precision Medicine strategy, and for leading, developing, and coaching the PMAM team. The National Director will work closely with their internal partners (US Oncology Brand and PSE NSDs, US Precision Medicine and Brand Marketing, Medical Leads, and SCG) to advance unbranded PM initiatives, develop a deep understanding of the Precision Medicine landscape, and represent national trends that impact JJIMs Precision Medicine market approach.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a diverse PMAM team with deep functional and subject matter expertise. Ensure field execution is focused and aligned to US PM strategy (unbranded), executing against established MBOs and KPIsEnsure PMAM team follows established ROE and JJIM ways of working guidance for appropriate interactions between PMAM team and other field facing employeesPartner with US PM and Sales/Marketing leadership to inform decisions specific to PM strategy and approachLead PMAM team to leverage systematic approaches to analyze accounts to gain understanding of customer objectives, workflow, and stakeholder mapping as it relates to PMLead PMAMs on how to best engage key customers and accounts within the US Commercial team structure while monitoring and adapting to changing market/account trendsLead aggregation of PMAM insights across the US Oncology and Urology priority customers and partner with the sales and marketing to shape our approach to key US customersCommunicate and partner effectively with GCSO and GCSD to ensure visibility into US market trends and priorities based on customer insights gathered through PMAM team effortsFocus on developing talent which includes recruiting, developing, and retaining high-potential talent while following company policies and proceduresCreate and foster an inclusive team culture

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
