National E-commerce Solutions Manager
Purpose of the Job

Responsible for developing and managing e-commerce solutions to drive online sales and enhance customer experience across the nation. This role involves leading the e-commerce team, implementing e-commerce strategies, and ensuring the effective execution of online sales initiatives. National E-commerce Solutions Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. 

Job Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in e-commerce solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. Handle escalated issues related to e-commerce operations and resolve them promptly. Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance e-commerce capabilities. Conduct regular reviews of e-commerce processes and make recommendations for improvements. Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce. Prepare and present reports on e-commerce performance to senior management. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to achieve organizational goals. Develop and manage e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth. Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Optimize e-commerce platforms for user experience, performance, and conversion. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform e-commerce strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals. Manage the e-commerce budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Oversee the development and implementation of e-commerce campaigns. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce activities. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce Job Requirements - Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications in digital commerce or e-commerce management is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or Leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proven experience in driving e-commerce growth, managing e-commerce platforms, and leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, customer experience, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce).
